What is spiritual direction?

Author David Benner (therapist/spiritual director) defines spiritual direction as "an experiential awareness of God's presence that leads to conversation, communion, and ultimately authentic transformation of the entire person by an internal yielding to His will."

In essence, it's about helping individuals become more aware of God's presence in their lives and guiding them towards a deeper relationship with Him. This process involves discerning and responding to God's movements within one's own story.

How it works

Virtual sessions are monthly or bi-monthly for 50 minutes.
